The Immune System is Your 1st Line of Defense

Modern medicine didn't invent nutritional support for the immune system.  In fact, effective methods for that date back over 5,000 years.  So why doesn't everyone do it?

A person's "reality" is based on what he or she believes.  For example: If you don't believe that you might get robbed, you probably don't lock your doors at night.  And if you don't believe that you might be involved in an accident, you wouldn't buy automobile insurance if you weren't required to by law.

But what if we believe that a strong immune system makes sense?  Which approach makes the most sense?

Many people use a concentrated blend of plant sterols because incredible results can be seen in a drop of blood under a darkfield microscope.  Within a very short period of time after starting sterol supplementation, the white blood cells are much larger and far more energetic than before.  It's results that can be plainly seen.

Note: Sterols should be taken on an empty stomach at least 30 minutes to an hour before eating or drinking any food.  If taken with or near meals, they have the unusual side effect of lowering bad cholesterol.

Note about the note: People who are concerned about their cholesterol level and who don't want to poison their liver with statin drugs, often take sterols with meals too.  It's a real two-fer supplement.

Our world, and our bodies, are beset with countless free radicals, toxins that damage and kill healthy cells.  Antioxidants are the way to combat this constant assault on your health.
